What do retail stores, manufacturing companies, our schools and consumers have in common? They need a good transportation network. They also need banks as well as insurance and financial services. And, they need utilities and, at least sometimes, job experts.

CLARION — Two bridge construction projects highlighted the road construction year in Clarion County, according to PennDOT. The Sgt. Carl F. Curran II Memorial Bridge opened April 26, about two years after ground was broken for the $15.8 million project. |
