The car is dark blue with dark blue interior. Total mileage is 126,326 miles, with approximately 58,000 miles on the motor. Interested parties may inspect the vehicle in the parking lot beside the fire hall on Main Street in Polk. Additional information may be obtained in the Borough Offices behind the fire hall or at Main Street Market in Polk. Sealed bids should be mailed to Polk Borough, P.O. Box 1037, Polk PA 16342, for delivery on or before Thursday, April 1, 2010. Borough council will open bids at its regular meeting on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. The Borough may reject bids it believes to be less than fair market value of the vehicle. Only all cash bids will be considered. The Board of Supervisors of Frenchcreek Township in Venango County proposes an ordinance adopting a schedule of attorney fees, establishing the reasonableness thereof, and imposing said fees as a cost to be collected upon delinquent accounts for municipal claims and liens. The ordinance is available for inspection at 4507 Georgetown Road, Franklin, PA 16323. Frenchcreek Township is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Provider. The Clarion Area School District is accepting bids for Athletic Supplies and Equipment for the 2010-2011 school year.
