Franklin Library cuts hours

The Franklin Library is reducing its hours of operation by 16 hours a week beginning Monday. The new schedule will be noon to 8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. More...
