Oil City Masons celebrating 100th anniversary this year
An Oil City fraternal and service organization that has been a mainstay in contributing to the health and welfare of its community is marking a centennial this year. Jadan McDivitt and Diana McDivitt of Franklin are jailed after the incident.

Two Franklin residents were arrested on drug charges following the search of an apartment on 13th Street in Franklin. Franklin police said they discovered an amount of heroin on Jadan McDivitt while assisting state probation and parole officers. Woman publishes novel about lifelong passion — vampires

Alicia Alex never thought she would write a novel, let alone have one published. Born and raised in Oil City, Alex did write poetry as a child, but that was it. Alex attended Mercyhurst College and Clarion University, but didn’t major in anything writing related either time.
