Tickets are also on sale at Dr. Ed Resler's office, Dr. William Hebda's office, Film Fest Video and Brewbusters, all of Oil City; Dr. Marc Maslov's office in Seneca and several Cranberry Mall shops; Jim's Supermarket in Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Library.
The fund-raiser is being held so the Carbaugh family can busy a wheelchair-accessible van that can accommodate a 250-pound electric wheelchair.
