Venango County commissioners are limiting access to the courthouse and other county buildings at noon tomorrow.

While most of the county's services will remain available, commissioners are asking that people access those services online or by phone.

A drop box will also be placed on the front of the Courthouse Annex.

“The key is limited access, not limited service,” commissioner Mike Dulaney said.

A multivehicle accident at the intersection of Route 322 and Route 38 in Rockland Township this morning has forced the closure of a portion of Route 322.
