Woman pulled from river in Oil City

Franklin Fire Department rushes to pull a woman from the Allegheny River in Oil City around 10 a.m. today. 

Oil City police and fire departments worked to pull a woman from the Allegheny River near the Wye Bridge this morning.

According to Oil City police Chief Dave Ragon, the woman was rescued near the ice device and transported to UPMC Northwest.

Franklin Fire Department and Community Ambulance Services assisted at the scene.
