North Clarion student wins poster contest

Audrina Kagle (third from left) of North Clarion Elementary School is the third-grade winner in the state’s Smokey Bear/Woodsy Owl poster contest. There were 528 posters entered into the contest from one private and four public elementary schools. Kagle received a certificate, ribbon and a cash prize.
