Boyer stepping down as judge

Venango County Judge Robert Boyer has announced his retirement from the county's Court of Common Pleas.

Boyer has served with President Judge Oliver Lobaugh on the county bench since January 2008 following his election to a 10-year term in November 2007. He won a retention vote for another 10 years in 2017.
