Tuesday marked a milestone for 100 Seneca in Oil City as the Venango County Economic Development Authority approve a five-year lease for much of the first-floor space in the building.

The authority, at its monthly meeting, agreed to lease much of the first floor to Balmaghie Beverage Group Inc., based in Slippery Rock, for five years at a rate of $2,000 a month plus 5% of the gross revenue of beverages sold on the premises or made there and sold elsewhere.
