Dloniak Barber Shop in Oil City, like all the barber shops and hair salons in the state, was considered a "nonessential business" by Gov. Tom Wolf and ordered to close in mid-March. It remains closed nearly nine weeks later. (By Kara O'Neil)

Barber shops and hair salons in Pennsylvania are dealing with uncertainty and confusion as they have been closed for nearly nine weeks with no reopening date in sight.
