A portion of Interstate 80 westbound in Clarion County was closed for several hours Friday due to multiple crashes involving four tractor trailers.

Clarion state police said the first crash occurred at about 9:15 a.m. near mile marker 68.7 when a tractor trailer driven by a person from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, left the north side of the road and traveled down an embankment, where it came to rest.
