Sugarcreek Borough police have charged an inmate at the Venango County jail with possessing drugs when she was arrested and jailed last month.

Caylynn Miller of Sugarcreek Borough had been brought into the police station on a charge of absconding from probation and parole, police said. When asked to empty her pockets, Miller produced a hypodermic needle with liquid inside, which Miller identified to police as methamphetamine, police said.
