An Emlenton man has been charged for having possession of stolen hemp plants from a farm in Scrubgrass Township.

Police said Aaron Stephens, 20, was found to be in possession of two stolen hemp plants, worth $2,000, that he helped process for sale. Neighbors of the hemp farmer said they saw a vehicle stop at a hemp field Oct. 6 and then drive away, police said.
