A Franklin man is facing simple assault and strangulation charges in connection with a domestic dispute Tuesday evening at a Center Street residence in Franklin.

Franklin police said in a criminal complaint that Tobias Rozanski, 32, denied that an altercation between him and a woman had gotten physical "other than him attempting to keep the (woman) from leaving the residence by putting his arms around the (woman)."
