One man was flown to a hospital after a semi-truck hauling a tar-like substance tipped over Tuesday in Barnett Township, Forest County.

Marienville state police said Michael Santise, 46, of Easton, was driving a tractor-trailer on Route 899 near Silvis Lane at about 11 a.m. when he tried to navigate a right curve in the road.
