An Oil City man is facing charges for fleeing from police at a North Side business last week.

Oil City police said in a criminal complaint they were called to the Family Dollar store on Grandview Road on Oct. 5 for a report of a man and woman arguing in the parking lot. The two then got into their car and drove behind the building, the complaint said.
