An Oil City woman is facing child endangerment charges after she was found to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs while caring for two small children.

Oil City police said in a criminal complaint they responded to a Washington Avenue residence on Dec. 1 to assist Children and Youth Services personnel who were trying to place the children in a safe location with family due to Amanda Martin, 30, being under the influence while caring for the children.

FARMINGTON — A Jan. 12 investigation and search warrant execution at a Farmington Township camp turned up about $20,000 worth of fentanyl, methamphetamine and crack cocaine, according to the Clarion County District Attorney’s Office.
