An Oil City woman is facing charges after police said she was found with drugs and drug paraphernalia on Monday in Oil City.
Oil City police said they responded at about 3 a.m. to a Moran Street apartment because Christie Starkey told them she was locked out of the apartment after a dispute with her son.
Franklin state police said they were dispatched at about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday to 110 Old Route 62 in Frenchcreek Township, where they seized drugs and paraphernalia.
