A Shippenville man was killed in a crash Tuesday in Clarion County that involved a horse and buggy.

Clarion state police said Pamela Raybuck, 64, of Kossuth, was driving a Buick Enclave SUV at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on Route 322 just east of Wingard Road in Elk Township that struck the back of the buggy driven by David Coblentz, 39.
