Neil Anthony Truhar, 48, of Cooperstown; sentenced to consecutive terms of 27 to 60 months at Camp Hill state prison on two counts of corruption of minors-defendant 18 or above. He received credit for 196 days he had already served

Chasity Lynn Bellin, 37, of Titusville; sentenced to serve 18 to 48 months at Muncy state prison on a charge of endangering the welfare of children. She received credit for 173 days she had already served.

In a second case, Beliin was sentenced to 60 months probation (concurrent with Muncy jail term) after her probation was revoked on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

William Andrew Docherty, 43, of Franklin; sentenced to serve 11 to 36 months in Camp Hill state prison on a charge of manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. He was also sentenced to serve three to six months at Camp Hill on a charge of DUI/controlled substance-methamphetamine.

Kevin Scott Vanwormer, 34, of Franklin; sentenced to serve 12 to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail on a charge of aggravated assault by vehicle. He received credit for 31 days already served and may serve the sentence on house arrest. He was also sentenced to 36 months probation at the end of his jail term on a charge of possession of an instrument of crime.

Anthony James Knight, 31, of Knox; sentenced to serve nine to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail with credit for 72 days served followed by 12 months probation on a charge of criminal conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture.

Jacquelyn Suzanne Whitling, 38, of Oil City; sentenced to serve seven to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail followed by one year of probation on charges of terroristic threats and simple assault. She received credit for 28 days already served and may serve her sentence on house arrest.

Anthony Albert Marte, 33, no address listed; sentenced to serve 162 days to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail followed by 12 months probation on a charge of manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture marijuana. He received credit for 162 days already served.

Zachary Taylor Luhellier, 25, of Oil City; sentenced to consecutive terms of three to six months in the Venango County jail on indirect criminal contempt charges in two separate cases. His probation had been revoked in one case. He received credit for 154 days he had already served.

In a third case. Luhellier was sentenced to 12 months probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. He received credit for 154 days.

Emily Sue Vanzandt, 38, of Oil City; sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the Venango County jail followed by 12 months probation on a charge of obstructing administration of law or other government function.

Brandon Michael Bundy, 19, of Oil City; remanded to the Venango County jail and taking six months street time with a new maximum date of Oct. 18, 2019, after his parole was revoked on a criminal trespass charge. He was also given 36 months probation at the end of his jail sentence after his probation was revoked on a corruption of minors charge.

Eugene Samuel Sanders, 35, of Franklin; sentenced to serve three to six months in the Venango County jail after his probation was revoked on a charge of driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked. He received credit for 129 days already served.

In a second case, Sanders was sentenced to two to 12 months in the Venango County jail that will begin after his previous jail term is finished after his probation was revoked on a defiant trespass charge.

Jonathan David Leonard Sr., 36, of Oil City; sentenced to serve 156 days to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail with credit for 65 days served on a charge of recklessly endangering another person. He was also placed on 12 months probation at the end of his jail term on a simple assault charge.

Donna Lee Dejulia, 53, of Franklin; sentenced to serve 110 to 223 days in the Venango County jail with credit for 223 days served after her probation was revoked on a charge of desecration of venerated objects. She was also given a concurrent sentence of six to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail on a charge of stalking/prior act.

Crystal Ann Allen, 58, of Oil City; sentenced to serve concurrent sentences of six to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail followed by 12 months probation on charges of theft by deception and theft of services.

John Levi Meehan, 22, of Seneca; sentenced to six to 12 months in the Venango County jail after his probation was revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. He received credit for 120 days he had already served in jail.

Keela Marie Baker, 23, of Oil City; sentenced to serve consecutive probation terms on two counts of leaving unattended child in vehicle (both 90 days) and driving without a license (six months).

Russell E. Lomax Jr., 52, of Franklin; sentenced to concurrent 24-month probation terms on charges of criminal trespass and simple assault. Lomax's previous probation had been revoked in the simple assault case.

Jack Edward Fuller, 24, of Leechburg; sentenced to serve 36 months probation on a charge of firearms not to be carried without a license.

Raymond Paul Hoffman, 38, of Franklin; sentenced to 24 months probation on a simple assault charge.

Kenneth W. Flick, 51, of Oil City; sentenced to serve 12 months probation on a simple assault charge.

Daniel E. Gold, 27, of Oil City; sentenced to serve 12 months probation on a charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. In a second case, Gold was sentenced to 12 months probation on a charge of stalking-prior acts.
