David Samuel Adams, 29, of Franklin; sentenced to serve 18 to 48 months at Camp Hill state prison on a charge of manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture crystal methamphetamine. He received credit for 87 days he had already served.

Melinda Jane Craig, 39, of Oil City; sentenced to serve eight to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail followed by one year of probation after her previous parole and probation were revoked on a charge of firearms not to be carried without a license. She received credit for 139 days she had already served.

In a second case, Craig was sentenced to serve a concurrent sentence of three to 12 months in the Venango County jail after her probation was revoked on a charge of false reports.

Keven James Sparks, 34, of Erie; sentenced to serve five to 24 months (less one day) in the Venango County jail on a charge of default in required appearance. He received credit for 71 days he had already served in jail. He was also sentenced to one year of probation at the end of his jail term after his previous probation was revoked on a charge of absconding witness.

Erica Paige Grimes, 28, of Cooperstown; sentenced in two separate cases to concurrent terms of four to 12 months in the Venango County jail followed by four years probation on charges of corruption of minors. Her probation had been revoked in both cases. She was given credit for 75 days already served in both cases, and she is eligible to serve the sentences on house arrest.

Timothy Arthur Dawes Jr., 39, of Oil City; sentenced to serve 51 days to 12 months in the Venango County jail followed by three years probation on a criminal trespass charge. He was also sentenced to concurrent probation terms on charges of simple assault (two years) and criminal mischief (one year).

Robert William Brown, 52, of Emlenton; sentenced to serve five to 12 months in the Venango County jail after his probation was revoked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-heroin. He received credit for 151 days he had already served in jail.

Brown was also sentenced to five years probation at the end of his jail term on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

Brayden Lee Trowbridge, 30, of Mercer; sentenced to serve 86 to 172 days (credit for 172 days) in the Venango County jail on a charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked. His intermediate punishment sentence had been revoked in the case.

Arthur Mark (Chapman) Kluck, 39, of Stratton, Ohio; sentenced to serve eight years probation on a forgery charge. He was also sentenced to serve concurrent two-year probation terms on charges of unsworn falsification to authorities, identity theft, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and misapplication of entrusted property.

Patrick Lynn Lindsay, 18, of Harrisville; sentenced to serve concurrent probation terms on charges of endangering the welfare of children (five years) and simple assault (two years).

Christina Shin Hill, 36, of Lordstown, Ohio; sentenced to serve concurrent three-year probation terms on charges of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and identity theft. Her previous probation had been revoked in the retail theft case.

Michael James Hassey, 43, of Emlenton; sentenced to serve consecutive two-year probation terms on two counts of simple assault.

Grant W. Ruffner, 45, of Oil City; sentenced to serve two years probation on a resisting arrest charge.

Allison Whitman, 26, of Oil City; sentenced to serve concurrent two-year probation terms in two separate cases on charges of false swearing and simple assault.

Timothy Deandre Wofford Jr., 21, of Oil City; sentenced to two years probation after his previous probation was revoked on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

Donald Steven Sprague Jr., 47, of Oil City; sentenced to serve two years of probation after his previous probation was revoked on a resisting arrest charge.

Sara Michelle Steetle, 32, of Franklin; sentenced to serve consecutive one-year probation terms in two separate cases after her previous probation was revoked in both cases on charges of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Jacquelyn Nicole Conway, 29, of Oil City; sentenced to serve one year of probation on a charge of tampering with records or identification-writing.

Tamera Nichole Lackey, 26, of Oil City; sentenced to serve one year of probation after her previous probation was revoked on a charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Lee Sharp, 25, of Franklin; sentenced to serve one year of probation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

Steven J. Beatty Jr., 50, of Seneca; sentenced to serve one year of probation on a disorderly conduct charge.

Timothy Mark Mellring, 36, of Oil City; sentenced to serve one year of probation on a simple assault charge.

Shawna Marie Perry, 24, of Titusville; sentenced to serve one year of probation on a theft by deception charge.

Jeffrey Lynn Denny II, 43, of Franklin; sentenced to serve six months probation on a defiant trespass charge.

Kevin E. Noble, 42, of Forestville; ordered to pay costs and fines on a bad checks charge.
