Barry Edward Biskup, 63, of Miami, Florida; waived a hearing on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, DUI, possession of a controlled substance, use-possession of drug paraphernalia and two driving violations.

Matthew Charles Clayton, 19, of Franklin; waived a hearing on charges of burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation/no person present, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking of movable property and receiving stolen property. A charge of criminal mischief was withdrawn.

Kyle Benjamin Tracy, 33, of Titusville; held for court on a charge of other reason access device is unauthorized by issuer. Charges of other reason access device is unauthorized by user, criminal conspiracy engaging-other reason access device is unauthorized by user, simple assault and theft by unlawful taking of movable property were withdrawn or dismissed.

Chakotay Cochiese Defreese, 20, of Oil City; waived a hearing on charges of simple assault and harassment.

Dorene Marie Giannini, 57, of Oil City; waived a hearing on charges of contraband/controlled substance and default in required appearance.

Raymond E. Smith III, 21, of Franklin; waived a hearing on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and two driving violations. In a second case, Smith waived a hearing on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving and four other driving violations.

Edward V. Stephens, 63, of Oil City; pleaded guilty to a charge of statement under penalty. A charge of materially false written statement-purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm was withdrawn.

Joshua A. Steetle, 35, of Kennerdell; waived a hearing on charges of make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapons and five driving violations.

Mary Katherine Coulter, 30, of Titusville; charges of other reason access device is unauthorized by user and criminal conspiracy engaging-other reason access device is unauthorized by user were withdrawn.

Troy W. Braden, 24, of Polk; waived a hearing on a DUI charge and four driving violations.

Timothy A. Hovancik, 52, of New Brighton, waived a hearing on a DUI charge and a driving violation.

Tyler Reed, 31, of Oil City; held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, use-possession of drug paraphernalia, investigation by officer/duty of operator and four driving violations.

Jamey William Buck, 47, of Oil City; a charge of theft by unlawful taking of movable property was dismissed.

Matthew James Castile, 29, of Meadville; pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge. A charge of defiant trespass was withdrawn.
