A Titusville woman is facing numerous charges for stealing a man's identity and opening a bank account and two credit cards in his name.

Franklin state police said in a criminal complaint that in May 2019 they began investigating a reported case of identity theft and found that Shawna Perry, 36, had come into possession of a man's personal identification information and used it to open at least three financial accounts, one bank account and two credit card accounts via the internet.
