Oil City's Noah Petro and Maplewood's J.D. McFadden were named players of the year in their respective regions as District 10 released its 2019 All-Region football teams. Petro and McFadden each led their teams to unbeaten records during the regular season and in doing so, Petro and the Oilers captured the Region 7 crown while McFadden and the Tigers claimed the Region 2 title.

Petro, a senior, ran for 2,163 yards and 26 touchdowns for coach Dan York's Oilers, who wound up finishing 12-1 this season. McFadden threw for 2,166 yards and 19 touchdowns with just four interceptions for the Tigers of coach Bryan Borkovich, which finished at 10-1 this season. McFadden also rushed for 536 yards and 10 touchdowns.
