Second-half surge lifts A-C boys over North Clarion

FOXBURG - After A-C Valley trailed North Clarion 34-29 at halftime, Levi Orton netted 20 points in the second half to help lift the Falcons over the Wolves, 72-58, in KSAC action on Friday night.

Coach Ewing Moussa's Wolves (7-13) led 18-14 after the first quarter before edging the Falcons 16-15 in the second quarter. A-C Valley (10-5) woke up to fire in 23 points compared to North Clarion's 12 in the third and sealed the win with a 20-12 fourth.
