The Titusville YMCA will hold its second indoor/outdoor triathlon on Saturday, June 22.

There will be three events throughout the triathlon - a 20-minute swim, 20-minute bike and 20-minute run.

Participants can register as an individual or as a team of two or three, and organizers say the event is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned triathletes.

Results are calculated based on how many meters participants can complete within 20 minutes.

Jacquelyn Slater, health and wellness director at the Titusville YMCA said, "If you have never completed a triathlon before, or if you are worried that you may not be trained well enough, this indoor/outdoor triathlon is structured so that you are able to make the events as easy or difficult as you choose."

Check-in and the swim portion of the event will be located at the Titusville High School pool, the bike portion at the Titusville YMCA on the cycling bikes, and the run portion at the Ed Myer Complex track. Depending on the weather, the bikes may be indoors or outdoors.

Participants will need to provide their own transportation to event sites. There will be a 30-minute set transition time to safely get from one event site to the next.

The triathlon will begin at 8 a.m. at the Titusville High School pool. Registration can be completed at the Titusville YMCA or online at http://www.RunRace.net.

Registration will also be accepted at the event.
